I will meet with you to plan your wedding 1-2 weeks prior to the big day. We will go over all the details such as the schedule of events, logistics and song choices. At no additional charge, I am also available for any additional meetings with coordinators, or venue managers that may happen prior to rehearsal.

I will assist you in creating a timeline of events. Once we book, I will send a blank timeline to you that shows a typical order of events from the ceremony to the last dance. I will help you create the flow of the night so you can do everything you want to do on your big day. This is especially important in helping to decide when to do certain events like cut the cake, go outside for sunset photos and even a fake grand exit for pictures.

I am equipped to handle all music needed for the ceremony and provide indoor/outdoor audio. For no extra charge I can also supply any cords and mic stands needed for musicians you may want to use for live audio.

For ceremony use, I have both handled and lapel microphones for the officiant to use which will capture the ceremony as well as exchanging of vows. For the reception I will also provide wireless microphones for all speeches, prayers, and other announcements.

Also included are dance floor lights to keep the party going and to promote dancing. These lights are controlled by me to match the flow of the song.

 In addition, I also provide 16 Battery powered up lights that are customizable to any color to match your wedding décor. They can also switch to either a multicolor mode or strobe effect to enhance any venue once the party starts!

No matter how many songs you want or what artist you want to hear I will not limit the number of songs you want or the amount of song requests that may happen during the event. In addition, I won’t play any vulgar or explicit songs unless approved. I will also prioritize all dance specific songs you request prior to the event.

I will record your ceremony and events on my 360-video camera. This is a raw video that I will send to you a couple of days after your wedding. I capture all the events of the ceremony, reception and in full 5k or 8k video. Please note, it’s a raw unedited video but it captures the best moments of your day, I will even let you take it out on the dance floor to get any highlights during the party !

I will be fully professional with the microphone and make all announcements during the reception, so your guests are well informed on the night. This will also include any games you might want to play, plus important events like cake cutting, toast and surprise dances.

Your fee will also include unlimited time. This starts from the first meeting to the grand exit. I understand the stress of planning a wedding and I will never charge for more time. I will arrive hours before your event and stay till the very end. This also includes any venue site walks, or extra meetings with venue staff or coordinators.

I am also available via phone calls/text prior to and on your big day to assist or make changes. I am flexible with last minute changes as well. This means if you change a song on the day of your wedding, I am more than willing to accommodate

I also can mix songs together to make one track, so if you want to remix, or do a mashup for a dance I can do it! Additionally, should you need assistance with live music, instrumental piano tracks or even voice over a song, I have musicians that I work with regularly that can assist.
