    We’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your event details, music preferences, and any special requests. After the consultation, we'll provide you with a customized proposal and contract.

    Once you're ready to move forward, a deposit will secure your date. Then, we’ll work closely with you in the lead-up to your event to ensure everything is perfectly planned. It’s that simple!

  • As involved as you like! We've got you covered all the way from pre-curated song lists, to a library of thousands of songs you can use to curate your own personalized vibe.

  • We travel anywhere! While our home base is in Tulsa, we’re available to bring the party to you no matter where your event is located. Travel costs will apply if your event is more than an hour away from Tulsa County, but we’ll work with you to ensure everything is clear and straightforward. Let us know where your event is, and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Absolutely! If an open song request dance floor is your vision, we’re happy to accommodate. We’ll work with you to create a playlist that reflects your preferences, including a list of do-not-play songs. Additionally, we won’t play explicit songs unless that’s something you specifically request for your event. Your music, your way!

  • We are! DJ Ryno Events is fully insured to ensure a safe and worry-free experience for our clients. Our comprehensive liability insurance meets the requirements of most venues. If your venue requires proof of insurance, we're more than happy to provide the necessary documentation upon request.

  • We would love to! As a DJ Ryno customer, you will have access to many resources for your event, one of them being a timeline template. One of our favorite parts of what we do is curating a day that matches your vision to a "T" including a timeline.

  • No, there are no hidden fees! At DJ Ryno Events, we believe in complete transparency. The price you see in your proposal is the price you pay. Everything is clearly outlined in our agreement, so there are no surprises or additional charges. We’re committed to providing exceptional service without any hidden costs.

  • We understand things happen, life gets in the way, and sometimes dates need to change. Should you need to cancel, all monies paid prior to 30 days before the event shall be refunded in full. If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the deposit portion is withheld. If your date needs to move, and we are available, all monies paid are honored for the new date.
